I assume you've tried all of the steps in the following forum posting?
http://www.automatedworkflows.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=292&p=632&hilit=appear+missing#p632If so, as some additional steps, I'd recommend the following...
* Quit Automator
* Run Disk Utility in /Applications/Utilities to repair permissions on your Mac
* Remove the actions entirely from your machine
* Download a fresh copy of the action pack
* Launch the action pack application
* If prompted, enter your serial number
* Quit the action pack application
* Launch Automator
