I purchased the TextEdit actions and I have followed the instructions for installing and registering them. However, they will not appear in Automator. I'm running OSX 10.6.4.

I've followed the instructions listed in the forum related to deleting the plist and fixing permissions, etc.

Still no luck.

Any suggestions?

I assume you've tried all of the steps in the following forum posting?

If so, as some additional steps, I'd recommend the following...

* Quit Automator
* Run Disk Utility in /Applications/Utilities to repair permissions on your Mac
* Remove the actions entirely from your machine
* Download a fresh copy of the action pack
* Launch the action pack application
* If prompted, enter your serial number
* Quit the action pack application
* Launch Automator

Hmm. Why don't you email me off-forum at support at automatedworkflows dot com, so we can try to troubleshoot this? As a first step, please send me the following:

* A screenshot of what you're seeing in Automator
* A screenshot of where you've got the action pack installed

Also, please launch the TextEdit action pack application, and open the log window (Command+L). It it contains any details, please send them to me, as well.

Finally, please let me know what type of Mac you're using.
